Get Involved: MMA is looking for more parent participation at the Fowler level. Please consider attending out next meeting on Monday March 4th in the Fowler library from 7-8 pm.
All-States: Congratulations to Hazelyn A, Lucas P. & Charlie N. for their acceptances into All-States. The conference & performance will be held on 2/28-3/2.
Junior Central Districts: Nine students have been accepted into Junior Central Districts from grades 7 & 8 at the Fowler. Good luck to our Fowler Musicians performing in district level concerts on April 27th.

Mandatory DC Parent/Student Meeting: March 6th at 7pm at MHS auditorium. Details from the trip committee to come via email, FB & Instagram.
Jazz Café: Please join us on March 29th at 7:00 in the Fowler School Auditorium for an evening of music featuring our MHS Jazz Band and Fowler School Jazz Band, with a special performance by Blueprint Jazz Club. More details and opportunities to volunteer to come.
Banquet Volunteers: Planning is underway for our annual banquet honoring our graduating band and chorus students. This year's banquet is scheduled for the evening of May 27th at the Maynard Elks. We are seeking assistance from parents in grades 9-11 to assist us with the following jobs...Banquet Coordinator, Food Organizer, and Decorator. Other volunteer opportunities will arise closer to the day. Planning meetings to start mid-March. Please email MMA with interest (maynard.music.assoc@gmail.com)
Enrichment: Planning is underway for enrichment days at both Fowler and the high school. Possible enrichment opportunities include a Day with Pros and the Tufts Beelzebubs Acappella Group.
