Dear Parents,
Girl Scout Cadette troop 72595 has been planning, organizing, and working on their Silver Award project for almost two years, which involved the design and construction of a GaGa Pit for the Fowler School.  After many hours of hard work this past weekend, the girls' commitment and dedication to the project came to fruition.  Led by Co-Leaders, Kathy Jordan and Denise Donovan, the girls (currently 8th grade MHS students) deserve recognition for their outstanding contribution to Fowler and the entire Maynard community: Chloe Donovan, Sophia Gosselin, Sydney Jacobsen, Caroline Jordan, and Lilly Wilson.

Fowler students are thrilled to play in the GaGa Pit and all of the Maynard children (and possibly the adults) will enjoy the fun for many years to come.

Troop 72595 should be very proud of their work, accomplishment, and determination in making a difference for other children.

Congratulations to our Do Right students of the week....Lauren Alford, Hazelyn Aroian, Hannah Carlisle, Natalie Champeon, Kayla DeCapua, Emma Donovan, Katerina Garabedian, McKinley Gregg, Aiden Hobbs, Reese Lowery, Joey Mangual, Carolyn Norris, Paige Seymour, and Jeffrey Yelland

Math Carnival:

The fifth grade students hosted a great math carnival for the 4th grade students, which was a huge success.  Math and fun is a good combination! Thank you to the 5th grade math teachers for organizing a great event.

As a new tradition, the graduating MHS seniors visited Fowler today and received applause and cheers from the students and staff.

Have a good weekend.

Mr. Mela
