Despite the heat, Fowler is off to a wonderful start of the year. The students and teachers deserve great credit for working so hard and we all hope that the coming weeks will bring cooler temperatures. The Fowler playground is nearing completion and we are just waiting for the rubber floor to be installed. We have a tentative date of September 17th at 5:30 pm to celebrate the opening of the playground with a Grade 4 and 5 Family Picnic. I will certainly send more information as I have it. Thanks for your flexibility!
I wanted to share some information regarding Curriculum at Fowler. Recently, there was an unexpected resignation in the Technology Education department. The School and District Administration are interested in transitioning from Technology Education to Computer Science. As details about staffing and program become more firm, we will communicate that information.
The Fowler School cordially invites all parents of 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th graders to attend the annual “Back to School Night” program.
